Abbas Ali smashed an unbeaten 64 as the Delhi Giants easily chased down the Mumbai Champs’ 115 at the Tau Devi Lal stadium in Panchkula. There was more bad news for the Champs as Brian Lara, who captained them in the first edition, was ruled out of the tournament after failing to recover from a left-arm fracture.
