I know a lot of people keep checking the Private BitTorrent sites for open registrations. These sites have to be checked regularly lest you may miss out the opportunity to sign up.

Below I will mention a few ways to find out if Private BitTorrents Sites are open for Signups or not:

1) Zeropaid has a list of sites here http://www.zeropaid.com/links/bittorrent/

2) http://www.orbdesign.net/bt/.

3) Using google search you can also find it. Type the below in google search
torrents inurl:signup.php

4) Bittorrent TRackers Automatic Checking System – BTRACS

BTRACS website provides the easiest and the simplest way to find if any Private Trackers are open for Signups. It lists out all the sites that are currently open for registrations. Just click the entry in the list to signup. Currently there are 102 sites open for free registrations. This site updates the list every 10 minutes.
