    If you have got two people wanting to login to their Gmail account to access Gtalk and chat with their friends on a single PC. What do you do ? Below is the trick to Open Multiple Google Talk / GTalk at a time

    You try Logging in chat with friends after sometime log out and have the other person logging and chat.

    How to open Multiple Google Talk on single PC:


    1. Create one copy of the Google Talk shortcut on your desktop – leave the original intact.
    2. Right click on this shortcut and choose Properties. The Target box will show you the path of the EXE for Google Talk – something like “C:Program FilesGoogleGoogle Talkgoogletalk.exe”
    3. Change this to: “C:Program FilesGoogleGoogle Talkgoogletalk.exe” /nomutex
      and click OK.

    After you do the above, You will be able to run multiple instances of Google Talk with different identities for each.

      This is awesome! I had been wanting multiple google talk and voila!
      I had been using Google Talk, Labs Editions for extra google talk and that was really irritating as you could not select, copy or paste part of the chat.
      But this is simply awesome! :D
