Google Browser – Google Chrome is releasing soon
Google is now coming with its own Open Source Browser called “Google Chrome“. It will be released on 2nd September US Time.
Google Chrome Features (Good features of Opera,Safari,Firefox and IE 8 are also plugged into this one browser):
- Use of special tabs: Google Chrome will have the tab buttons on the upper side of the window, not below the address bar.

- JavaScript Virtual Machine called V8: Google Chrome will use V8 which is JavaScript Virtual Machine. It will speed up JavaScript performance in the browser
- Address bar with auto-completion features: This feature is similar to Firefox 3 – advanced keywords URL completion
- Speed Dial feature: This feature is similar to Opera Browser. On speed dial page you will see the screenshot thumbnails of the most visited pages.

- Webkit rendering engine: This engine is already used by Safari browser.

i’ve been using Chrome for about a day now and it seems to be a lot faster than FireFox or IE… though i do miss the “previously closed tabs” feature in Firefox
I tried Google Chrome yesterday and I found it to be a great web browser. All it now needs is some plugins.

@movie fan, Yep i agree on that it is faster than firefox but the extensions that you got used to in firefox will be missed in google chrome.
