Most of us uninstall programs and softwares from the Add/Remove Programs utitlity which comes built in with Windows Control Panel or the uninstallers that comes with the softwares or utilities.

Thanks for this tip… I had installed Kaspersky sometime back and found it difficult to upgrade. Then I found this removal utility on their site however it did not solve the problem completely – unfortunately I can’t complain or raise a support ticket
