Download Firefox 3.5 Final Portable
Recently, Firefox 3.5 Final Version was released. It has really won me mainly due to increase in its speed. I feel that webpage rendering has improved drastically. I don’t know about your view? Leave that now come to other part of the story.
Firefox has now released Firefox 3.5 Portable version. It means now you can have Firefox 3.5 Portable version in your USB Pen and just take it to anywhere and plug into any machine and use your own Firefox. No need of installation!
The reviews are good and it seems it is faster. It also supports HTML5 support, native support for video and audio content and for Ogg Theora encoded video and Vorbis encoded audio.
The new TraceMonkey Engine for JavaScript promises better performance for web applications. Firefox 3.5 is also developer-friendly with support for a lot of new web technologies.
Firefox 3.5 Portable comes in zipped file. After downloading it unzip/extract it and copy in your USP Pen Drive.
What are you waiting for? Download it and try it out!

I am still worried about Firefox’s memory usage. It still sucks when many tabs / flash content pages are opened. They have to come up with a good solution.

It’s will provide competative edge to Chrome over Internet Explorer. I have seen some changes in my installed Google chrome as well. It updated itself automatically.
