After lots of days of speculation about Apple releasing a product.

Apple has finally launched its new product iPad. iPad was launched at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco.

iPad costs $499.

iPad Release Date

Apple has currently released iPad (WiFi only). On April 27 iPad WiFi + 3G model will be released.

• a 9.7-inch touchscreen display
• powered by a 1GHz Apple A4 processor
• It is just 0.5 inch thick and weighs not more than 1.5 pounds
