    How to Remove Images from the MP3 Songs while playing in Media Player

    You must have noticed images shown on the Media Player (Winamp or Windows Media Player) while playing MP3 Songs or other format songs.

    What if you don’t want the images to be shown when the song is being played on the Media Player? If you want this, then continue reading.

    Remove Images from songs while playing

    Just follow the following methods.

    Method 1

    Open Windows Explorer. Goto Tools on Main Menu. Click on Folder Options.

    Show Hide Files in Windows Explorer

    Enable ‘Show hidden files and folders’ and Disable ‘Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) as shown in above picture.

    Then you can see the image files AlbumArtSmall or AlbumArtLarge or Folder in songs Folder. This is from where the Media Player or Winamp picks up the AlbumArt image files and are displayed while playing either in big or small size. Image file Folder is used to display the image on folder.

    Just Delete all these files in the Songs Folder. From now you will not see the images while playing the songs.

    The above method sometimes doesn’t work and you will still see the images still getting displayed. This is because of the fact that the images are embedded into songs.
