Robot / Enthiran Production Details

Initially Robot production company was Eros International. Due to failures of Drona and Yuvvraj, they got into financial pressure. After this Ayngaran International was affected by the global financial crisis, forcing both productions to sell the project. Sun Pictures bought the film, taking over all rights for the film. Soon after Sun Pictures negotiated a deal with HBO to release Robot / Endhiran English subtitled version of the film in the West.
