Few days back, I shared on How to find whether Website is hacked or not. If the website is infected then How to clean up Malware on your Website.
If a website gets infected by malware or get hacked, you should see that your website is flagged as having malware. The message is normally as “This site may be compromised” warning message.. This message will appear on Google Webmaster tools. When this happens your site is also stops getting indexed by Google.
It means you have to first Remove Malware from website by following the above link and then do two things:
File Reconsideration Request : This request is to reconsider to start your website getting Indexed by Google.
Request Malware Review : Doing this will request Google to do the malware review of your site. The automated bots will visit the website and see for malware infection. If there is no infection found then, it will remove the alert from the webmasters.
How to Request Malware Review of your Website
