Android Based Mobiles Go Social with Social Networking Sites

Androids and Smartphones in general have become much more than just a phone. The fact is you are probably going to spend much more time on your Smartphone doing something completely different; playing games, texting, surfing and socializing. Being able to talk while on the go is not that interesting anymore, at least not for the younger generations.

Android, being the cheaper version of Smartphones (compared to iPhone), has found its way to the hands of billions of users and millions of users visit social networking sites with their Androids. Now, what to do with it, how to use and which programs to download in order to get the most out of your Android device.

What’s great about all these apps is the fact that they come free of charge, of course.

If you’re up-to-date with the latest tech news, you will definitely want to download G+ app to your Android. This way you will be able to use the Google+ social network on the go and share all of your stories while they are happening, in the real time.

Google+ is old news and if you still don’t have your G+ account enabled, now is actually the right time to, at least, think about it. This is the fastest growing social network (compared to Facebook, Pinterest and others) and you will be surprised that the majority of your friends are already there.

G+ application for your Android mobile device will give you several nifty opportunities such as:

    – Sharing pictures of you and your friends (family, business partners, etc) in the real time

-Auto-sharing photos if you set the app on the party mode (this means if you’re having a party you don’t have to think about all the process to put your pictures online, your phone will do it automatically)

    – Talking with up to 9 friends at the time

-View the stream of what’s happening in the nearby communities (people living close to you)

Google+ is not the only app that you can use for socializing with your Android; developers keep publishing some great application every week. The next on our list is naturally the application developed for the most famous social network Facebook.

Now this is something you got to install if you are using Facebook. The Facebook app for Android will allow you to do pretty much anything you can do while you’re browsing Facebook with your PC. You will be able to see what your friends are up to, receive notifications from your friends, play games, share stuff (images, videos, and updates), chat, and text and/or have the pleasure of a group conversation.

One of the best Twitter apps for Android is TweetCaster, the most downloaded (of all the apps for Twitter, not the Twitter app itself) and the app with the highest grades on Google Play store. It is quite simple to use and managing your Twitter profile. It has several nice options and you can even sink your Twitter account with the ones on Facebook. Furthermore, the design of the app is stylish but simple and highly customizable.

Besides these 3 major apps for social networking you can build the Android app for yourself. How to do this? Well, there are some options on the market but here is the hint. If you want your app to be successful, you don’t have to invent something new. All you have to do is to figure out how to promote a social network (FB, G+, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit…) with your app and share it on those same social networks. If your app goes semi-viral you’re on the good road to have a successful app. So, offering the existing service but with a twist can bring you thousands of downloads fast.
