Most of the Windows users have preference on whether “CapsLock”, “NumLock” or “ScrollLock” keys should be turned on or off after Windows has started. I prefer NumLock to be in On status and CapsLock in Off status after windows has completed started. What if your preference is not same as the default settings that Windows? [...]
