prior to IE7 I used to surf thru firefox only
@Atul, its strange that you are using IE7.
why Nihar?
I got ur point..
will try IE8 soon
@Atul, its is not IE8. I am was under impression that you are using either firefox / safari or opera. i feel IE is used by naive users.
haha I dont think so. Anyways today I m cmting from firefox
@Atul,
Why can’t Fx include support for some obvious stuff like Paste and Go or MHTML? Its ridiculous how many basic stuff it lacks. I need to use a dozen extensions just to get it up and running. And with extensions it starts behaving like a sloth.

@Pallab, Hmm. you are right. BTW which browser do you use day in and day out?
I love anything that helps with download speed so I will be upgrading soon. Thanks for this. I wonder why Firefox does not alert one that there is a new version available.
Dammit, I just got your Captcha wrong, now I know that 9+3=12 (I am getting old).

@Lyndi, haha. i don’t think it is something to do with old. We don’t use our brain for calculations these days, depend too much on calcs
I do not know if it is my imagination but the new version does seem to be faster. I just hope it is not going to bring all sorts of other problems along with it. So far all my add-ons seem to be working.
Lyndi´s last blog ..I baptize thee….
@Lyndi, here is the same. I feel it is a bit faster than the old FF.
Definitely faster for me here too but it disabled a few non updated plugins for a day or so. Most have caught up and are compatable with some notable exceptions such as better gmail, addtonetvibes, google gears, better google and yslow!
I’m sure they won’t be long though….

@Jonny, I use very few plugins and the plugins which i use don’t have any probs.
Yep, the new version is faster indeed
I really like the new features though it’d be great if it was just as fast and reliable as opera. It’s still a bit too slugish for me. And the constant updates are terrible!

@Odchudzanie, Have you tried Safari? i think it is faster than firefox and opera.
Firfefox was so cool before, but it’s even better now. It’s a shame though that some of the plugins don’t work with the new vesion

@Sire, I have to agree, i have noticed significant speed at which the pages are no rendered compared to previous version.
Still, I reckon it’s only a matter of time before things pick up again.
