As always, it is start of the month and i am here again to Share Blog Traffic & Income statistics for July 2009.
Here is July 2009 Monthly Statistics and Earnings of this blog.
Following is July 2009 Traffic Break Down:
- 36,071 Total Visits, 61,669 Total Pageviews
The traffic has drastically reduced due to inactivity 
Referring Sites traffic breakdown (Top 3):
- indianpad.com – 130 visits
- images.google.com – 103 visits
- techpp.com – 78 visits
If you check previous Blog Traffic & Income statistics, you will see one common problem. Referring Sites traffic is still low. There is no improvement . Does any body know how to increase the backlinks there by increasing the referring sites traffic?
The Search Engine traffic is 79.07% 
and Direct Traffic has increased by 1% compared to June Direct Traffic.
Money made on this blog for July 2009
- Google Adsense : 100.06$
- InfoLinks : 27.25$ – I replaced Kontera with Infolinks and seen a big improvement in the earnings. Almost 4-5 times more. I am happy with this.
- Axill Ads : 10.00$
Total money made : 137.31$. It is very low, lowest in this year

Wow, I can’t believe you made so much from infolinks. I see many blogs having it and when they post their earnings, infolinks is always very little. You seemed to break it above $20.

It’s not always bad that you get a dip in traffic, income… It gives you a lot of opportunity to think about improvement areas
My sense is the following. Due to relatively low activity on the Indian cricket (and hence reduced number of such topics), you may have lost some traffic. This trend might continue this month as well. But you will definitely get better in Sep/Oct. There was a theme change due to which the positioning/font colors of the AdSense has been experimented with. I am sure, you will find the optimum. Typically 25-30K page views should convert to $100 with AdSense… that way it’s a bit less.
Try to work on linkbuilding to improve your home PR. Then you can get a lot of advertisement interest and even paid reviews/links.
