4 Steps to Increase Speed of your Computer with Pen / USB Drive
Step 1
As soon as you insert the Pen Drive. Following Screen will appear. Click on speed up my system from the list.

Step 2
Select the Radio button use this device. After this enter the size in MB, this much space will be used by system. Click on OK .

In this example, I gave 2048 MB space, this means system will use 2 GB of space from the Pen Drive.
Step 3
If you observe the files in the Pen Drive following 2 GB file can be seen.

Step 4
If you want to remove ReadyBoost space and use Pen Drive for normal use. Right click on the Pen Drive (Drive Letter). Click on Properties. Now select Do not use this Device, and then press OK
