Windows 8 User Logon is a new feature which will use Metro UI. We shared this in on of the post. This Metro UI can be extensively seen on Windows 8 (build 7850) and may also be part of Microsoft Windows 8 Final RTM.
Metro UI is being used when changing your Windows 8 user account picture tile from ‘My Look” settings. Below is the Step by Step guide to change User Account Picture Tile in Windows 8 Taskbar.
How to Change User Account Picture Tile in Windows 8 Taskbar
- Click on your user account picture tile in the taskbar.
- Select “My Look”.
- Alternatively you can Click on Start button and navigate to Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts > Your Look.
- Select any picture for your user tile or choose from default ones and select OK..
- You should now see the picuture on the user tile on the taskbar!
