Redsn0w 0.9.6rc16 has been released by iPhone Dev Team to fix an issue. It is the update version of Redsn0w 0.9.6 rc15 for iOS 4.3.3 Untethered Jailbreak.

This new version of Redsn0w 0.9.6rc16 comes with improvements and also fixes the iPhone3GS & iPhone 4 side switch vibration issue. It is an updated version for Redsn0w 0.9.6rc15

This issue is only visible if you have already jailbroken at 4.3.3 (by either redsn0w rc15 or custom IPSW). You should install redsn0w rc16 over your existing 4.3.3 jailbreak to fix this issue

Redsn0w rc16 has a few more improvements: Windows 7 and Vista users should no longer need to set their CPU affinity. Just run Redsn0w as Administrator in XP compatibility mode. Also, the “verbose boot” option for old-bootrom iPhone 3GS has been fixed for 4.3.3
