    Google has introduced Appointment Slots in Google Calendar. Google Calendar has always been my one of the favorite online tool. Now with this new feature being introduced in Google Calendar, it makes much more easier to create appointment slots. Any individual or business google user can manage, share appointments by creating Appointment slots in Google Calendar.

    How to Create Appointment Slots

    1. Login to Google Calendar.
    2. Set up blocks of time you’d like to offer as appointment slots.
    3. Then simply click anywhere on your calendar and then on “Appointment slots.”.
    4. Now create a single block of time or automatically split a larger block of time into smaller appointment slots.

    You can have own personal appointments sign up page for every Calendar. You could even embed it on your personal website or share the URL with the collegues or friends. The URL can be seen on top of the set-up page. You can get to this by accessing via Edit details link.

    Signing up for an appointment slot

    When someone visits your sign up page, their calendar is overlaid for convenience and they can sign up directly for any available appointment slot. When they sign up, Google Calendar conveniently creates a new shared event on both of your calendars.
