What is private tracker?
A private tracker is a tracker which requires registration before you can use this service. Such trackers usually have a high amount of seeds, because users get banned if their ratio is too low.
Private Tracker torrent sites are dedicated sites which have limited members and the torrents (and leeching) are made available to them only.
Following are the features:
- High number of seeds, More number of seeders than leechers
- The releases are much faster in here then what we see at public trackers.
- The members are limited to certain number and further accounts can be created only if you are invited to join the site. This will weed out leechers as they prune the members who might be banned for not sharing what they leech.
- We can request for any stuffs, and there is high possibility that your request might be fulfilled. You can leech what you need.
I was using TorrentSpy, Mininova and ISOhunt, Mininova but the disadvantage is slow download speeds.

What is Torrent ?
Torrent is also called as BitTorrent. Torrent is a technology that is used to distribute large amounts of data widely without incurring the corresponding consumption in costly server and bandwidth resources. It is a Peer to Peer P2P technology.

As i said before, Torrent is P2P technology. It enables us to share files with our peers. Suppose A has a file and wants to share it with others. Using Torrents, B can download the file from A’s computer. Now, if C wants to download it, he can do it from A and B as B has the file too. Now if another user D wants to download it, he can do it from A, B and C. Even if A stops sharing it (this can happen when A goes off from the network, switches off his computer or intentionally wants to stop sharing it), D can still download it from B and C.
SopCast - Free Internet TV
SopCast is a Peer-to-Peer Application (P2P). There are other few P2P tools similar to SopCast but, this is one of the best tools that uses P2P for streaming online TV.

Let me start from here. How i discovered it. I came to Tokyo in December 1st week 2006. As most of cricket lovers can recollect, Indian cricket team was touring South Africa and did really bad in One Dayers 
and then i was hoping by making my brain believe that India will do well in Test matches. To cut the story short… I started searching for live matches (ind vs rsa test match). I encountered sopcast. It is free. I am a great fan of Cricket (any cricket match makes me feel better). In order to watch cricket matches here in Tokyo, i think the only way is to purchase a costly satellite package or use sopcast. I was skeptic about how sopcast would work, but once I installed it I was very happy.
